Give each request a useful starting point. The berth assistant compares available slips for the full stay, vessel dimensions, recorded shore power and nearby bookings. It can suggest candidate two-slip arrangements where enabled, subject to your review.
Preserve your larger berths
Match smaller vessels to suitable space and keep larger slips available for boats that need them. Better space use can support occupancy and revenue opportunities; results depend on demand, rates and your decisions.

Does the assistant automatically confirm bookings?
No. Recommendations are advisory. Pending requests do not reserve slips, and availability is checked again at approval. Your team confirms access, clearance, physical fit and power.
Can boaters choose a different berth?
Yes. Boaters can choose other slips or express a preference for nearby restrooms or a restaurant. Managers can see the recommendation and the requested arrangement.
How do I activate this for my marina?
Create an account, find your listing on the map and select Claim this marina. After verification, configure slips, dimensions, plan positions and booking settings. Recommendations depend on that inventory and the bookings recorded in uDock.me.

Build your inventory
Create docks and numbered slips with length, width, depth and shore power. Trace bent docks and place facilities such as fuel, pump-out, water and travel lifts.
Plan the day
Use the visual plan and calendar to see recorded bookings by date. Filter docks and vessel types, inspect a slip and unlock editing only when changing the layout.
Review requests together
Work through a searchable, sortable customers-and-bookings table. Review boat particulars, approve requests or send proposed changes for customer acceptance.
Know how your space is being used
See booked versus in-service slips, occupancy by dock, arrivals and departures, average vessel length, and measured slip-length use over a selected period.
These are operational statistics from recorded bookings and current inventory. Pricing reports show reference dockage estimates where pricing policies and booking details are available, not collected revenue. Reservations managed outside uDock.me are not included. A General Manager can maintain the marina team and its property, inventory and booking permissions.
Claim, verify, practise, launch
- Claim your real marina listing. Staff review your relationship to it.
- Check contacts, location, access, capacity and services; submit the details for review.
- After Owner verification, request a private practice workspace for the approved team.
- Rehearse inventory, plan placement and sample requests with assigned test participants.
- The Owner reviews the setup transfer into the real listing. Test bookings stay separate. Enable live requests after the final operational check.
What is—and is not—available
The portal includes inventory, plans, calendars, team permissions, requests and occupancy statistics. Availability requires your configured inventory and active booking settings. Publish General Manager-approved dockage policies with seasonal rates, vessel-size bands, stay discounts and indicative deposits. Boaters see itemized reference estimates. Payments, external reservation-system synchronization and partner products remain future work.
Visual request review is available with full-stay occupancy colours and plan-based counterproposals.
